Registration fees
The fee for entering the Autumn 5K Run is £10.00.
Transferring registrations
Please note that if you have registered but are unable to run for any reason, your registration cannot be transferred to another runner.

Terms and conditions of entry
It is essential that you read these notes in full before completing your entry form.
| 1. | Registrations are on-line. This greatly simplifies the process and means that you can pay conveniently using your debit or credit card. Please click the link after you have read this page. |
| 2. | Minimum age limit is 6 years of age by the date of the race. There is no upper age limit. |
| 3. | Once your entry is received and entered onto the Race Entrant's Database, fees are non-refundable. |
| 4. | By entering, you agree to accept the rules of the race organisers and you confirm that you will compete entirely on foot and will run entirely at your own risk, with no dogs or following cycles or vehicles. You will only take part if you are medically fit to participate in a 5K run. The race organisers and their agents will not be liable for any injury, loss, or expense which may arise in consequence of your participation in this event. |
| 5. | Please obey all instructions of race marshals, or police - failure to do so will result in disqualification. |
| 6. | Deadline for entries is Sunday 15th September 2024 at 6:00PM. Please make sure your entry reaches us by this date. The organisers reserve the right to close registration at any time if (for example) the number of registrants exceeds our limits. |
| 7. | The organisers reserve the right to modify the rules of the event. Notice of any such changes, wherever possible, will be posted to the web site at: www.forestofdean-halfmarathon.co.uk. |
| 8. | The organisers reserve the right to postpone or cancel the event if circumstances beyond our control mean that it is not possible to run the event. There will be no refunds. We may, at our discretion, offer entry to the same event the next year on special terms if circumstances prevent the race from being re-scheduled. |
| 9. | The course will be closed when the event finishes at 14:00. The organisers reserve the right to close the course for safety reasons at any time. |
| 10. | You irrevocably consent to your appearance being recorded on any media, and consent to your name and photograph being used for the purposes of announcing results and promoting the event. |
