Emergency & medical
Information Point
An information point will be sited at the race finish.
Storage
Unattended bag storage will be provided on Speech House Field.
Toilets
Toilet facilities will be available near the race start and finish.
Drink stations
Four water stations will be provided at approximately 5km intervals around the race course. Drinks will also be available at the finish.
Massage
Students of the Royal Forest of Dean College are expecting to provide post-race therapeutic massage, under the supervision of tutors, at race HQ. This will be free of charge, subject to availability.
Refreshments
Hot drinks and refreshments will be available near the race start and finish. A bar will be available after the race at Speech House.
Photographs
Photographs of all runners will be available
T-shirts
Special T-shirts will be on sale near the start line.
