Parking for the 2010 event will be on the field close to the start line and the capacity will be larger than before. However, to avoid saturating approach roads at critical times, please consider sharing cars if you can!
COMING FROM GLOUCESTER
Take the A48 for approximately 12 miles and follow signs to CINDERFORD town centre. Follow signs for Coleford & continue to Speech House.
COMING FROM CHEPSTOW
We are deeply grateful to Gloucestershire Highways for finishing the work at Whitecroft, mentioned in your race pack. You can follow the route through Bream if you prefer, but the route through Lydney is more direct.
Take the A48 for approx 10 miles and follow signs to LYDNEY Town centre. In Lydney, go over the railway crossing and take the next road on the left, the B4234 signposted to PARKEND.
Continue on the B4234 through Whitecroft village to Parkend.
Go straight through Parkend village, past a post office and garage, until you arrive at a T-junction with the B4431. Turn right at the T-junction onto the B4431 and then first left back onto the B4234 signed to Cannop.
Continue approx 2 miles. At the crossroads with the B4226 turn right. Continue up the hill to Speech House. Look out for marshals. Park as directed.
CAR PARKING
Car parking for entrants is provided free of charge on Speech House Field near the start line. Information will be included in runners' race packs.
